By placing contour color around your design, fine details can be clearly represented to transfers no matter how delicate lines and letters in your artworks are. Contour color can be requested, and it should match the color of fabric that transfers are applied on so that the contour is not so apparent or your design looks as if there is no contour around it.

Font: Convert all font to OUTLINE

Color Instruction
Make sure that color mode be CMYK.
Areas you want to print white in your artwork, use white. Where there is no color in your artwork will be no ink. (will be garment color)
Please note that colors of actual transfers cannot be exactly the same to colors shown on you monitor or output
from your printer.
This is due to the process of digital printing and environmental difference in computers, monitors or printers. Characteristic of ink and any conditions added to transfers during the production process can also ake
difference in colors.
Contour Color
Thickness of contour color will be about 1-2 points or 0.14”-0.28”.
You do not need to create colored contour around your design when submitting your artwork, but request the contour color
by placing colored background under your design.
For contour, choose the color of garment that your design will be applied
on.
For example, if you wish to apply your design on black T-shirt, place black colored square under your design. Contours color for each design can be changeable when multiple designs are ganged up on the same sheet.
Proof
To prevent misprocessing your artwork due to garbled data, save your artwork as jpg or pdf and send to us with your original artwork. We will create finishing image saved as jpg, and send it back to you.

* After completely cool off, remove the base film.
* Do not reuse the removed base paper because part of the ink might remain on the paper.
The press machine setting (temp., pressure and press time) may vary depending on the type of the machine
which you use.
We strongly recommend to test-press to adjust the setting.

Recommended Point
We need only thin contour color around your artwork, about 1-2 points.
Small letters and thin lines in your artwork can be exactly represented to transfers no matter how delicate they are.
By choosing close color of fabric for contour, your design looks almost no contour color around it.
